Where does the information come from?+
Public construction project records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). We filter, deduplicate, and score that public data ourselves. We're not affiliated with TDLR or the State of Texas.
Do you guarantee these projects need cleaning?+
No. We filter for signals that usually mean a cleaning opportunity, like occupied interior work, realistic timing, and project size, but we can't guarantee any specific project turns into work. You'll still want to make the call.
What areas do you cover?+
Dallas-Fort Worth (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties), Houston (Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery), Austin (Travis and Williamson), and San Antonio (Bexar and Comal). Your weekly list only includes projects in the cities you tell us you cover.
What contact information is included?+
A suggested business contact, when one is listed on the public project record. Not every project has one, and we don't invent a contact when the filing doesn't include one.
How often do reports arrive?+
Every Monday, for as long as you're a customer.
What happens after the founding month?+
The $99 founding pilot is a one-time charge for one month of reports. It doesn't auto-renew. If you want to keep getting reports after that, we'll reach out about continuing at the standard rate, and nothing further is charged unless you agree to it.
Can I cancel?+
The founding pilot is a single one-month charge, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. If you continue after that, you can stop anytime by emailing us.
