Where does the information come from?+
Public construction project records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). We filter, deduplicate, and score that public data ourselves. We're not affiliated with TDLR or the State of Texas.
Do you guarantee these projects need cleaning?+
No. We filter for signals that usually mean a cleaning opportunity, like occupied interior work, realistic timing, and project size, but we can't guarantee any specific project turns into work. You'll still want to make the call.
What part of DFW do you cover?+
Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties.
What contact information is included?+
A suggested business contact, when one is listed on the public project record. Not every project has one, and we don't invent a contact when the filing doesn't include one.
How often do reports arrive?+
