The service

Finish Radar provides a weekly list of DFW construction projects that may present post-construction cleaning or recurring janitorial opportunities, based on public source data and our own scoring model. It is a research and lead-prioritization tool, not a guarantee of new business.

Nonexclusive leads

All leads are nonexclusive unless a future written agreement between you and Finish Radar says otherwise. Other customers may see overlapping projects.

No guarantees

We don’t guarantee that any listed project will result in a signed contract, that project details are error-free, or that a listed contact is the final decision-maker for a given project. Always verify details before relying on them.

Data source

Project data is drawn from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) public records. Finish Radar is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TDLR or the State of Texas.

Payment

The founding pilot is a one-time $99 charge for one month of weekly reports. We do not auto-renew without your explicit agreement.
