What we collect

When you request a free sample, we collect the first name, business name, business email, website (optional), service area, and services offered that you submit. We also record a hashed version of your IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

What we don’t collect

We don’t require you to create an account, and we don’t collect payment information until you explicitly agree to a paid pilot.

How we use it

To send you the sample report you requested and, if you agree to a paid pilot, your weekly report and related account communication. We don’t sell your information to third parties.

Construction project data

The project data in our reports comes from public government records (see the source attribution on each report). We apply our own filtering, deduplication, scoring, and analysis on top of that public data. The underlying facts are not proprietary to us.
